SEO Team Lead
We are seeking an experienced SEO Team Lead to oversee and execute our company's search engine optimization (SEO) strategy. You will manage a team of SEO specialists to enhance our organic search rankings, drive traffic, and boost our brand's online visibility. By applying industry best practices and staying current with SEO trends, you'll ensure our website and content are optimized and authoritative.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, influencer relationships, and shareable content.
• Work with content creators to optimize website content by incorporating relevant keywords, improving readability, and aligning with user search intent.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to discover opportunities for content improvement and expansion.
• Use tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to monitor and analyze website performance, including organic traffic and keyword rankings. Provide regular reports on SEO effectiveness.
• Keep abreast of the latest SEO developments, algorithm changes, and best practices. Stay informed about emerging technologies that may impact search engine rankings.
• Coordinate with web developers, designers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure effective implementation of SEO strategies aligned with overall business goals.
