Are you passionate about crafting effective email marketing campaigns that deliver results? As an EDM Specialist, you’ll take the lead in planning, creating, and executing email campaigns across various regional markets and brands. Join us in driving engagement and optimizing performance through cutting-edge email strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage email campaign assignments for different brand coordinators across regions.
• Develop mobile-responsive HTML email templates from approved design mockups (PSD, AI, Figma, etc.), ensuring they are user and mobile-friendly.
• Maintain clean email lists by understanding and performing proper list hygiene practices.
• Conduct customer segmentation and create personalized targeting strategies.
• Schedule and monitor email campaigns to optimize deliverability and engagement rates.
• Regularly track and update weekly OKR reports on email campaign and automation performance.

What You’ll Need:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in mobile-first HTML email development.
• Strong understanding of “sending the right content, to the right contacts, at the right time.”
• Knowledge of setting up email authentication methods such as DMARC, DKIM, and SPF.
• Experience with email platforms like Elastic Email, Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or similar.
• High ethical standards for handling customer data, ensuring security and confidentiality.
