Key Account Executive

We are looking for a young, energetic, and dedicated Key Account Executive to lead key affiliate accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with affiliate partners and addressing their questions and concerns to ensure their satisfaction and success.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliate partners.
• Provide strategic account services and resolve any challenges faced by key partners.
• Keep affiliate partners updated on new marketing campaigns.
• Manage and profile details of new affiliate partners in the CRM.
• Ensure accurate reporting and analysis by updating reports monthly.
• Develop ideas for reward and incentive systems to drive affiliate partner engagement.

What You’ll Need:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in client servicing and managing key account partners.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field.

• Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Self-initiative and creative thinking.
