Email Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Campaign Planning & Management
• Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of email campaigns across diverse brands and regions.
• Develop strategies to optimize email engagement, including click-through rates, open rates, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (brand coordinators, design, and PMO/IT) to align email marketing with broader marketing objectives.
Leadership & Team Development
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of EDM specialists to ensure the delivery of impactful campaigns.
• Assign and prioritize tasks within the team to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
Data-Driven Optimization
• Monitor and analyze email performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee list hygiene and customer segmentation to ensure precise targeting and personalization.
• Develop and execute A/B testing plans to drive email campaign success.
Explore New Technologies & Platforms
• Identify and implement new tools and technologies to improve email deliverability and performance.
Compliance & Data Security
• Uphold the highest standards of customer data security and ethical handling across brands and regions.
• Develop and enforce best practices for data protection and compliance.
Performance Reporting
• Provide stakeholders with detailed campaign performance reports, including OKR tracking and actionable insights.
• Recommend strategic improvements to scale and optimize email marketing performance
What You’ll Need:
Experience
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Demonstrated success in managing and mentoring email marketing teams.
Skills
• Advanced proficiency with email marketing platforms like Elastic Email, Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or similar tools.
• Expertise in customer segmentation, personalization, and mapping customer journeys.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance metrics and implementing data-driven improvements.
