Affiliate Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll drive the acquisition and conversion of affiliate partners through innovative campaigns and strategic marketing efforts.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Focus on acquiring and converting affiliate partners through platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google.
• Create and manage social media campaigns, and brainstorm new strategies for growth.
• Work with internal and external teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Plan and monitor campaign spending to ensure it stays within budget.
• Analyze audience data and campaign performance, and report on project success.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging platforms to enhance acquisition and conversion efforts.

What You’ll Need:

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising/Media, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in strategizing and optimizing paid media strategies on channels like Facebook/Instagram and other ad platforms. Experience in e-Commerce or affiliate marketing is a plus.
